What Sessions Are Like
Our sessions usually begin with a brief check-in and a conversation about what feels most important for you that day. Sometimes we’ll continue building on work we’ve already started; other times, we’ll focus on what’s showing up in the moment.
I invite you to settle in and make yourself comfortable. Whether we’re meeting in person or virtually, this is a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive, intentional, and grounded.
Approach & Therapeutic Lens
I approach therapy with the understanding that we don’t exist in isolation. Our experiences are shaped by relationships, environments, and the broader systems we move through. When it feels relevant, we may explore how family dynamics, culture, identity, and life circumstances influence your patterns, choices, and sense of self.
My work is grounded in a holistic and relational lens, drawing from trauma-informed, emotion-focused, and person-centered approaches. I also integrate elements of parts work and mindfulness to support deeper awareness and integration. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all—together, we’ll shape an approach that feels aligned with your needs, goals, and values. Curiosity, collaboration, and flexibility guide our work.
